La Réserve de Beaulieu, an iconic hotel on the French Riviera, is built on the precepts of excellence and savoir-vivre. Its Michelin-starred Restaurant des Rois exemplifies the French art of living. As of today, customers of the very prestigious establishment are being offered to accompany some of the finest dishes with the wine Chateau La Grace Dieu des Prieurs Saint-Emilion Grand Cru – Russian Art Collection, a choice of the Delion family and Chief Sommelier Jeremie Guiraud.

In the very private worlds of exceptional hotels and restaurants, the Delion family stands as a reference and embodies exemplarity. Considering the family’s high standards and the desire to always strive for excellence, the recognition given to Chateau La Grace Dieu des Prieurs rewards the chateau’s efforts to produce the Russian Art Collection vintages.

A few days after the harvest, Head Sommelier of Michelin-starred La Réserve de Beaulieu came personally to taste Chateau de la Grace Dieu des Prieurs 2014, 2015 and 2016 vintages. In the glass-fronted cellar designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Jean Nouvel, the chateau director Laurent Prosperi had the pleasure of introducing the unique universe of La Grace Dieu des Prieurs and its vintages created since the change of ownership in 2013.

Laurent Prosperi: “For us, Jeremie Guiraud’s visit is a strong sign of recognition of our estate. The sensory experience and opinion of Head Sommelier of one of the most prestigious French establishments is a particularly significant stamp of approval for our entire project.”
